Your AI Receptionist can sound just like you, or take on a professional tone that matches your brand.
From adjusting its speaking speed to setting custom greetings and endings, you can fine-tune every detail of how it interacts with your callers.
🗣️ Customize your AI Receptionist voice
From the General tab, open Jack’s Voice.
You can either:
Clone your voice by recording a short script (≈30 seconds).
Or choose from a library of pre-recorded voices.
Tap to preview, select, or save your preferred voice.
🗣️ Only one voice can be active at a time. Saving a new one replaces the current voice. You can either create a clone of your own voice or select from 10 pre‑recorded options.
Option 1️⃣ : Clone your voice
Tap the red Record button.
Read the on‑screen script naturally (takes less than 30 seconds).
A voice clone is generated in under 10 seconds.
Preview, redo, or save your clone.
📌 Only one voice clone can be active at a time. Saving a new clone will overwrite the current one.
Option 2️⃣ : Select a pre‑recorded voice
Browse the library of 10 voices, from Reliable Maya to Confident Ben.
Tap to preview or select your preferred voice.
💬 Adjust the voice speed
Go to the Phone Calls tab of the AI Receptionist, under Response Style
Default speed is Normal.
Tap Preview to listen and adjust from Super Slow to Super Fast.
🔤 Improve pronunciation (names, brands, and special terms)
Go to the Phone Calls tab of the AI Receptionist, in the Pronunciation section, you can teach your AI how to pronounce specific words more accurately.
This is especially useful for:
Company or product names
People’s names
City or region names
Industry-specific terms
How to edit pronunciations:
Tap Pronunciation in the Response Style list.
Tap + Add Word.
Enter the word (e.g. “Beside”).
Type or record the correct pronunciation, either phonetically or by voice.
Save your changes.
You can add as many words as you want, and your AI will instantly apply these corrections in all calls.
💬 Example: if your AI mispronounces “Saoirse,” you can teach it to say “Seer-sha” instead.
✨ Test your AI’s voice
At the bottom of the screen, tap ✨ Try Receptionist → Call Receptionist to hear your AI’s tone, pronunciation, and greeting in action.
You can adjust settings instantly if something doesn’t sound right.
