Automatically (recommended)
Beside sends a notification 5 minutes before your meeting
Click the notification to open Meeting Prep
Review your briefing
Click Join Meeting when ready
Manually
Open Beside on your Mac
Go to the Calendat tab
Find your meeting under Upcoming Meetings
Click the meeting card, and click on Prep
