Joining meetings with Beside is fast and effortless - no need to search for links.
1️⃣ Open Beside on your Mac
2️⃣ Go to Upcoming Meetings
3️⃣ Find the meeting you want to join
4️⃣ Click Join Meeting
or
1️⃣ Click the Beside icon in your Mac menu bar
2️⃣ Your next meetings appear in the list
3️⃣ Select a meeting to view its details
4️⃣ Click Join to launch it instantly
Beside will automatically open the correct platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.) based on the meeting link.
💡 Tip: You can also view meeting context (participants, previous notes, action items) right before joining by opening Meeting Prep.
