How you access your invoices depends on where your subscription is managed: Apple (App Store), Google Play, or Beside directly (Stripe).
If you recently added a seat or line through the in-app checkout, or switched to web billing, your subscription is now managed by Beside (Stripe) - see the Stripe section below.
Beside (Stripe) subscription
If your subscription is managed directly by Beside - either because you switched to web billing, or completed the in-app checkout to add a seat or line - your invoices come from Stripe.
On your phone or computer
Go to app.beside.com and sign in
Open Plans and Billing
Your invoices and receipts are available from this page
Stripe sends receipts to the email address you provided during checkout. You can update this email from the same Plans and Billing page.
💡 Not sure if you're on Stripe? Open the Beside mobile app, then Settings, then Your Account, then Plan and Billing. If you see "You're subscribed on web", your invoices are managed by Stripe.
Apple subscription (iPhone, iPad)
If your subscription is billed through the App Store, Apple handles all invoices. Beside cannot issue or access them.
On your iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Select Media and Purchases, then View Account
Tap Purchase History, find Beside
Tap on it and select Resend Invoice to receive a PDF via email
On a computer
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find Beside, click View Invoice and download the PDF
📌 Note: If you don't see Beside listed, check that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. Apple handles all billing for App Store subscriptions - Beside cannot issue or modify these invoices.
Google Play subscription (Android)
If your subscription is billed through Google Play, Google handles all invoices. Beside cannot issue or access them.
On your Android device
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Go to Payments and subscriptions, then Purchase history
Find Beside, tap View receipt
Download the invoice as a PDF
On a computer
Go to play.google.com
Sign in with the Google account used for your Beside subscription
Open Payments and subscriptions, then Order history
Find Beside, click View receipt and download the PDF
📌 Note: If you don't see the invoice, make sure you're logged into the correct Google account. Google handles all billing for Play Store subscriptions - Beside cannot issue or modify these invoices.

Your previous App Store or Google Play invoices are still available through Apple or Google (see the sections above). Only new charges after the switch will appear as Stripe invoices on the web app.
