Refund for an Apple subscription
Step 1: Cancel your subscription
Follow the steps for your device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)
Step 2: Request a refund from Apple
Go to Apple's refund portal
Sign in with the Apple ID used for your Beside subscription
Find your Beside purchase
Select Request a Refund and choose a reason
Submit your request
๐ Note: Apple usually reviews refund requests within 48 hours and replies by email. You will keep access to Beside until the end of your billing period.

Contact our support team through the in-app chat or at [email protected]. Share the reason for your refund request and our team will review it.
