Get an invoice for your subscription

Find your Beside subscription invoices from Apple, Google Play, or Stripe - depending on how you subscribed.


How you access your invoices depends on where your subscription is managed: Apple (App Store), Google Play, or Beside directly (Stripe).

If you signed up for the Beside subscription on web, added a seat or line through the in-app checkout, or switched to web billing, your subscription is managed by Beside through Stripe. See the Stripe section below.


Stripe subscription

If your subscription is managed directly by Beside through Stripe (Beside subscription or grandfathered Stripe ๐Ÿ‘ค Starter / ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Business), your invoices come from Stripe.

On your phone or computer

  1. Go to app.beside.com/settings/billing, or click Plan & Billing in the left sidebar

  2. Your invoices and receipts are available from this page

Stripe sends receipts to the billing email address you set on the Plan & Billing page. You can update this email from the same page.

๐Ÿ’ก Not sure if you're on Stripe? Open the Beside mobile app, then Settings, then Your Account, then Plan and Billing. If you see "You're subscribed on web", your invoices are managed by Stripe.


Apple subscription (iPhone, iPad)

If your subscription is billed through the App Store, Apple handles all invoices. Beside cannot issue or access them.

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

  3. Select Media and Purchases, then View Account

  4. Tap Purchase History, find Beside

  5. Tap on it and select Resend Invoice to receive a PDF via email

On a computer

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID

  2. Find Beside, click View Invoice and download the PDF

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you don't see Beside listed, check that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. Apple handles all billing for App Store subscriptions. Beside cannot issue or modify these invoices.


Google Play subscription (Android)

If your subscription is billed through Google Play, Google handles all invoices. Beside cannot issue or access them.

On your Android device

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)

  3. Go to Payments and subscriptions, then Purchase history

  4. Find Beside, tap View receipt

  5. Download the invoice as a PDF

On a computer

  1. Sign in with the Google account used for your Beside subscription

  2. Open Payments and subscriptions, then Order history

  3. Find Beside, click View receipt and download the PDF

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you don't see the invoice, make sure you're logged into the correct Google account. Google handles all billing for Play Store subscriptions. Beside cannot issue or modify these invoices.


FAQ

I switched to web billing - where did my old invoices go?

Your previous App Store or Google Play invoices are still available through Apple or Google (see the sections above). Only new charges after the switch will appear as Stripe invoices on the web app.

Can Beside provide a custom invoice or receipt?

For Stripe subscriptions, invoices are generated automatically and available from the web app. For Apple or Google Play subscriptions, Beside cannot issue invoices. Billing is managed entirely by those platforms.

How do I change the email address for my Stripe invoices?

Go to app.beside.com/settings/billing (or Plan & Billing in the left sidebar) and update the Billing email field. This is only available for Stripe subscribers.

Why does Beside ask for a billing address during checkout?

When you subscribe through Beside's web checkout, you're asked to enter a billing address so it can appear on your Stripe invoices. This is useful for expense reports, tax filings, and business accounting.

Your billing name and address are saved to your Stripe account and auto-filled on future invoices. You can update them anytime from the Plan & Billing page.
