Your Beside number is the phone number assigned to your inbox. It's used for calls and texts within the app, unless you've enabled Call Forwarding from your primary number.

Here's how to find your Beside number depending on which plan you're on ⬇️
Steps apply to both iPhone and Android.
👤 Starter plan
If you're on a Starter plan, here's how to find your Beside number:
Open Beside → go to the Settings tab
In the Phone section → tap Configure number.
On the next screen, scroll down to Text Messages.
The number displayed there is your Beside number - this is always the number used for texts within the app.
👥 Business plan
If you're on a Business plan with multiple lines and inboxes, you'll need to check the number for each one individually. Here's how:
Open Beside → go to the Settings tab
In the Inboxes section → tap the inbox you want to check.
In the Phone section → tap Configure number.
On the next screen, scroll down to Text Messages.
The number displayed there is your Beside number for that inbox - this is always the number used for texts within the app.
💡 Tips
You can tap the copy icon (two squares) to quickly copy your number and paste it anywhere.
