⚠️ Important notes
Deleting the Beside app does not cancel your subscription.
Canceling your subscription does not delete your Beside account or erase your data.
Your cancellation process depends on where you originally subscribed (Apple, Google Play, Stripe).- If you receive a free trial, it will automatically expire at the end of the offer period unless a transition to a paid subscription is initiated.
🍏 If you subscribed through Apple (iPhone, iPad)
Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are managed by Apple.
On iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Select Subscriptions
Tap Beside
Tap Cancel Subscription
Online (Apple website)
You can also manage your subscription here.

🤖 If you subscribed through Google Play (Android)
Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are managed by Google.
On your Android device
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon
Select Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Select Beside
Tap Cancel Subscription
On the Google Play website
Go to https://play.google.com
Sign in with the Google account used for your subscription
Open Payments & subscriptions
Go to Subscriptions
Select Beside
Click Cancel Subscription
📌 Note: Only Google can cancel or refund subscriptions purchased via Google Play.
💻 If you subscribed on macOS (Stripe billing)
If you downloaded Beside on macOS and subscribed outside the App Store, your subscription is managed via Stripe (through RevenueCat).
You can cancel anytime from within the macOS app:
Open Beside on macOS
Go to Team & Plan
Click on Current plan
You'll receive an email in your Google inbox - open it and click Manage subscription
This will take you to the Stripe customer portal. Click Manage subscription again and follow the steps to cancel.
✅ After cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
⚠️ Turn off call forwarding (mobile only)
If you had enabled Call Forwarding, make sure to disable it before canceling your subscription or deleting the mobile app from your phone.
Otherwise, calls may continue to be routed to your Beside number, which could lead to missed or undelivered calls.
Due to carrier restrictions, we're not able to disable call forwarding on your behalf, this must be done directly through your mobile carrier. If you're having trouble turning it off, we recommend contacting your carrier so they can reset your forwarding settings.
