If you subscribed through Apple (iPhone, iPad, or macOS)
Step 1: Cancel your Beside subscription
To avoid future charges, start by canceling your subscription:
Go to Apple's support page → Cancel Subscription
Follow the steps depending on your device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)
ℹ️ You will keep access to Beside until the end of your billing period.
Step 2: Request a refund from Apple
Go to Apple's refund portal → Request a Refund
Sign in with the Apple ID used for your Beside subscription
Find your Beside purchase
Select Request a Refund and choose a reason
Submit your request
ℹ️ Apple usually reviews refund requests within 48 hours and replies by email.

Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions

Choose Beside
Tap Cancel Subscription

When reaching out, please share the reason for your refund request. Our team will review and get back to you.
ℹ️ Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
⚠️ As stated in our Terms of Service, subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to Beside until the end of your current billing period. That said, we review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

It depends on where you subscribed:
Apple: Apple may refund to your Apple ID balance if your original payment method is no longer available.
Google Play: Google may refund to your Google Play balance if your original payment method is no longer available.
Stripe: Stripe can only send refunds back to the original payment method used. If your card has expired or been replaced, your bank will typically credit the refund to your replacement card. If no replacement exists, your bank will usually find an alternate way to deliver the funds (such as a check or bank deposit). If your payment method has been fully closed, the refund may be returned to us, in which case our team will reach out to arrange an alternative.
