Because all payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google.
⚠️ Beside cannot issue refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All billing is managed by your Apple ID or Google account.
🍏 If you subscribed through Apple (iPhone, iPad, or macOS)
Step 1: Cancel your Beside subscription
To avoid future charges, start by canceling your subscription:
Go to Apple’s support page → Cancel Subscription
Follow the steps depending on your device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)
ℹ️ You will keep access to Beside until the end of your billing period.
Step 2: Request a refund from Apple
Go to Apple’s refund portal → Request a Refund
Sign in with the Apple ID used for your Beside subscription
Find your Beside purchase
Select Request a Refund and choose a reason
Submit your request
ℹ️ Apple usually reviews refund requests within 48 hours and replies by email.
🤖 If you subscribed through Google Play (Android)
Step 1: Cancel your Beside subscription
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
Select Subscriptions
Choose Beside
Tap Cancel Subscription
Or cancel from the Google Play website on your computer.
Step 2: Request a refund from Google
Option A - Request directly through Google (recommended)
Open Google’s refund page → Request a Google Play Refund
Sign in with the Google account used for Beside
Select the Beside subscription
Choose a reason
Submit your request
Option B - Request from your order history
Go to payments.google.com
Sign in and open Order History
Select your Beside purchase
Click Request a refund

If you had call forwarding enabled, make sure to disable it — otherwise calls may continue routing to your Beside number. Here's how.
💳 Payment method no longer active?
Apple or Google may refund to:
your Apple ID balance, or
your Google Play balance,
if your original payment method is no longer available.
🔁 Duplicate subscriptions or accidental charges
If you were charged twice or created multiple subscriptions by mistake, make sure to mention this clearly in your refund request, it increases approval likelihood.
