💰 If you're currently on a Starter plan and upgrade to a Business plan, you won't be charged for two subscriptions. Apple will automatically cancel your current plan and apply a prorated refund for the unused portion - so you're only paying for your new plan.
👥 Business plan
The Business plan (previously called Multiple Lines or Shared Line) is built for professionals and small teams who manage several inboxes or businesses.

🔄 How to switch plans
You can update your subscription anytime directly from the Beside app:
Open the Beside app
Go to Settings → Manage Plan
Select the plan you want
📌 Currently, all subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Apple will automatically apply a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription when upgrading.
What happens when I upgrade to Business plan?
If you're currently subscribed to the Starter plan and decide to upgrade to a Business plan, Apple will automatically cancel your previous subscription and refund the unused portion of your Starter plan.
Here are a couple of examples to make this clearer:
Example 1 - Monthly to MonthlyYou subscribed to Starter Monthly plan for $29.99 on September 1. On September 15, you upgrade to Business Monthly plan for $49.99.
Rough estimate of refund: Since the plan costs $29.99 per month and you used 15 out of 30 days, you'll be refunded roughly 50% of that amount - $29.99 ÷ 2 ≃ $15.

Example 2 - Yearly to YearlyYou subscribed to Starter Yearly plan for $199.99 on September 1. On November 1, you upgrade to Business Yearly plan for $299.99.
