Why do I need to verify that I’m using the app in an authorized location?
Beside is currently designed to operate primarily in the United States and Canada.
If our system detects that your connection appears to be coming from outside these regions, or from a VPN or network that masks your location, the app may temporarily restrict outgoing calls and SMS.
In this case, you may be asked to verify your identity to confirm that you’re an authorized user of the service.
Once verification is successfully completed, full access to Beside will be restored. Disabling a VPN may also resolve the issue.
