You can easily change your Beside number from the app. Here’s how:
Open the Beside app
Go to the Settings tab
Tap on your inbox
Scroll to the Phone section: Configure Number
Tap Change
Enter your preferred area code in the search field.
Browse the available numbers and tap the one you want. If you can't find the desired area code, it means we currently have no numbers available in that area.
Tap Continue to confirm your choice.
ℹ️ Important notes:
You can only change your Beside number once.
You cannot change your number to a toll-free or virtual 800 number.
When requesting a specific phone number: Beside can only help you choose an area code. We’re unable to guarantee or manually assign a specific phone number within that area code.
