Turn off call forwarding before logging out

⚠️ Important: If call forwarding stays enabled after you log out, your calls will continue routing to your Beside number instead of your personal phone. Turn it off before logging out to avoid missed calls.

To disable call forwarding in the Beside mobile app:

  • 👤 Starter: Settings, then Phone section, then Configure Number, then Call Forwarding, then turn it off

  • 👥 Business: Settings, then Phone Numbers, tap your line, then Phone section, then Configure Number, then Call Forwarding, then turn it off

You can also disable it from your phone's settings:

  • iPhone: Settings, then Phone, then Call Forwarding, then turn it off

  • Android: Settings, then Network and Internet, then Calls, then Call Forwarding, then disable all options

FAQ

Will logging out cancel my subscription?

No. Logging out does not cancel your subscription. Your account and subscription remain active. You can log back in anytime.

Will I still receive calls and texts after logging out?

Your AI Receptionist will still handle calls if it's enabled, and voicemails will still be recorded. However, you won't receive push notifications for new calls or texts until you log back in.

How do I log back in?

Open the Beside app and sign in with the same email or Apple/Google account you used when you created your account. All your data, calls, and settings will be there.
