Business Hours lets you choose when Beside should ring and notify you, and when it shouldn’t.

During your working hours, calls and messages come through normally.

Outside your hours, Beside stays quiet and sends calls directly to voicemail.

🔔 How Business Hours works

Inside Business Hours 🔔

You'll receive call and message notifications as usual, and incoming calls will ring normally.

Outside Business Hours 💤

You won't receive notifications, and incoming calls will go directly to your AI Receptionist. This is ideal for evenings, weekends, and focus time.

🕒 How to enable Business Hours

Follow these simple steps to set your preferred schedule:

  • Open the Beside mobile app

  • Go to the Settings tab

  • Select the inbox

  • Scroll to the Notifications section

  • Tap Business Hours

  • Toggle Schedule Notifications on, then customize your schedule according to your availability.

ℹ️ At this time, it isn't possible to set different business hours for each day. However, you can exclude entire days (e.g. Saturday and Sunday) by leaving them unchecked.
