Create a Saved Reply
Open any chat in the Beside mobile app
Tap the Saved Replies icon
Tap New Saved Reply
Write your template message
Tap Save
Your Saved Reply will now be available in all your conversations.
Insert a Saved Reply in a conversation
Open a conversation
Tap the Saved Replies icon
Choose the template you want to use
It will instantly appear in your message field
Customize it if needed, then tap Send
Edit or delete a Saved Reply
You can edit or delete your Saved Replies at any time:
Open a chat
Tap the Saved Replies icon
Select the reply you want to update and tap Edit to modify the text
