Contact Beside support

Reach Beside support from the Support chat in the Beside app, on the web or at agent.beside.com, or email [email protected]. What to include in your message.

You can reach the Beside Support team in two ways: the Support chat inside the Beside app, or by email at [email protected]. Both reach the same team.

The Support chat is the best place to start when you can sign in: your message arrives linked to your Beside account, so you don't have to explain who you are, and your earlier conversations stay in one place.

Open the Support chat

The chat is in every version of Beside. Pick the one you use.

In the Beside mobile app (iPhone and Android)

  • Go to Settings and tap Contact Us (Bugs or ideas, we're available!). This opens a new message.

  • Or open the side menu and tap Help at the bottom. This opens the Support chat with your earlier conversations.

  • On Settings and on your Receptionist screen, the support button at the top right opens the same chat.

On Beside on the web

On Beside on the web, select Support near the bottom of the left sidebar. The Help Center link right below it opens these articles.

On agent.beside.com

Where you chat with Beside about your website, reviews, ads and leads:

  • Select the question mark in the left sidebar, just above Settings. Hovering over it shows Chat with support.

  • Or open Settings → Help & Support and select Contact support.

💡 If the chat doesn't open: Write to [email protected] instead. Your message reaches the same team.

[email protected] is Beside's official support address. Email is the right choice when:

  • You can't sign in to Beside

  • The Support chat won't load

  • You want to send several files or a long description

Write from the email address you use to sign in to Beside, so the team can find your account straight away.

Include the right details

A complete first message saves a round of questions:

  • Your Beside phone number, and the business name if you run more than one

  • Where you were: the Beside mobile app on iPhone or Android, Beside on the web, or agent.beside.com

  • For a call or a text: the other person's number, and the date and time it happened, with your time zone

  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

  • A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can

⚠️ Never send these in a chat or an email:

  • Your password or a sign-in code

  • A full card number or bank details

What Support can and cannot do

Support can:

  • Answer questions about any Beside feature, on any device

  • Look into a call that didn't ring, a text that didn't arrive, call forwarding or a number transfer

  • Help with your plan, invoices and refund requests

  • Help with identity verification

  • Check what Beside did for your business, and why

Support cannot:

  • Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Only Apple or Google can, from your phone's subscription settings. 📖 Cancel your subscription

  • Change settings at your phone carrier. Turning call forwarding on or off happens with your carrier, but Support can walk you through it.

  • Make decisions that belong to Google, such as removing a review or reinstating a suspended Google Business Profile.

FAQ

Is [email protected] a real address?

Yes. It is Beside's official support address, and it reaches the same team as the Support chat in the app.

Am I talking to a person or to an AI in the Support chat?

It can be either. An AI assistant that answers from this Help Center often replies first, and people on the Beside Support team also read and answer conversations.

Where do I find my earlier conversations with Support?

In the Beside mobile app, open the side menu and tap Help. The chat opens on its home screen, where your earlier conversations are listed.

I can't sign in. How do I reach you?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and include your Beside phone number. The Support chat needs you to be signed in, so email is the way in.

Can I send a screenshot?

Yes. Attach it to your message in the Support chat, or to your email. Crop or cover anything you don't want to share, such as a card number.
