What the Beside + HubSpot integration does
The Beside HubSpot integration syncs your incoming leads, caller details, and voice interactions directly into HubSpot.
Once connected, you can:
Automatically create HubSpot contacts from incoming calls and voicemails
Sync caller details extracted by the AI Receptionist (name, email, company, etc.)
Log phone calls and voicemails as activities in HubSpot
Attach call summaries, outcomes, and recordings to HubSpot contacts
Centralize all inbound communication from Beside into your HubSpot CRM
This integration currently supports one-way sync (Beside → HubSpot).
Connect your HubSpot account to Beside
Follow the steps that match your device and plan:

HubSpot CRM integration is available on the 👥 Business plan.*
* If you’re on the 👤 Starter plan and subscribed before February 2026, you may still see the integration in your app.
➡️ Steps
1. Open Beside → go to Settings
2. Under Integrations → tap Connected Integrations
3. Select the Inbox you want to connect to an integration
4. Choose HubSpot → tap Connect
5. Sign into your HubSpot account if prompted
6. Click Choose Account
7. Review the requested scopes on this screen. Beside requests access to read and write contacts, calls and company properties
8. Click Connect app.
You'll be redirected back to the Integrations screen in your Beside app, where HubSpot will appear as "Connected". The integration is now live! ✔️

HubSpot and other native CRM integrations are not supported on Android.
On Android, you can connect Beside to other tools using Zapier, available on both Starter and Business plans.
How the sync works
1️⃣ Contact sync
New callers become HubSpot contacts automatically
AI Receptionist–extracted details (name, email, company) are included
If no name is provided, Beside creates a contact using the phone number
If new details appear later (calls, voicemails, SMS), the HubSpot contact is updated automatically
If First Name, Last Name, Email or Phone number already exists, it won't be overridden.
2️⃣ Communication sync
Every voice interaction is logged in HubSpot with:

Outcome
Direction
Link to the Beside call note
Disconnect HubSpot from Beside
➡️ Steps
Open Beside → go to Settings
Under Integrations, tap Connected integrations
Select the inbox connected to HubSpot
Tap HubSpot
Tap Disconnect and confirm
HubSpot will no longer appear as connected for that inbox.✔️
⚠️ Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Beside, lead & account data will no longer sync to HubSpot contacts and vice versa. Existing data will remain on your HubSpot records.
