Beside supports unlimited calls to U.S. and Canadian numbers. International calling to numbers outside the US and Canada is not currently available.
You can still make and receive calls to U.S. or Canadian numbers even while traveling abroad.

Carrier charges for cross-border forwarding
⚠️ Important:
If your primary phone number (the one you've forwarded to Beside) is from a different country than your Beside number, your carrier may treat forwarded calls as international or long-distance, which can lead to extra charges on your mobile bill.
For example, if you have a Canadian carrier but your Beside number starts with a U.S. area code, forwarded calls from your carrier to Beside may generate long-distance fees.
We recommend checking your mobile plan's international and long-distance policy before enabling call forwarding.

Can I use Beside while traveling outside the US or Canada?
Yes. You can make and receive calls to U.S. and Canadian numbers while abroad, as long as you have a data or Wi-Fi connection. Your account may be temporarily restricted if it appears you're calling from outside the US or Canada - you'll be prompted to verify your identity to restore access.

Beside does not charge extra for US-Canada calls - they're included in your plan. However, if you use call forwarding and your carrier number is in a different country than your Beside number, your carrier may apply long-distance fees to the forwarded leg of the call.
