Receptionist, under Agents, opens a short page about what your Receptionist does, with an Open Receptionist button through to your existing settings in Beside on the web.
Text & Call, under Workspace, does the same for your business line, with buttons for Beside for iOS, Beside for Android and Beside for Web at app.beside.com.
The new part sits under Grow: Website, Ads and Reviews.
So there is nothing to relearn about calls, texts, or your Receptionist. Everything already written about them still applies:

Billing
You are not billed twice. If you already pay for a Beside phone plan under the same email address, subscribing to Beside Agentic does not start a second subscription alongside it. Beside moves the subscription you already have onto your Agentic work mode.
In practice that means:
Your billing date does not change
What you have already paid for the current month is counted against the new price, so you are not charged for the same days twice
From then on you are on one Beside bill, at your work mode's price
