Plan & Credits is where you see your plan, what Beside has spent, and where it went. Your plan sets when Beside works. Your credits set how much it can get done.

Your work mode
Your work mode is shown at the top of the left menu, next to the Beside name. Select it to see your hours, or to open Credits & change plan.

Both work modes include exactly the same features: reviews, website, ads, texts and calls, and the same control over what Beside does automatically. What changes is the hours, the credits, and overnight monitoring, which only Full-time has.
Change your work mode
Open Plan & Credits and select Switch to Full-time, or Switch to Part-time. Your renewal date is shown at the top of the page.
The switch happens on your existing subscription, so:
Your new hours start straight away
Your renewal date does not move
Your new monthly credits arrive at your next renewal, not on the day you switch
The price difference is worked out for the part of the month left, so you are not charged twice for the same days
If you switch up and need the extra credits before your renewal, top up. Purchased credits never expire, so nothing is wasted.
How you pay
At checkout you choose between USD and EUR. Prices are set in US dollars, so if you pay in euros the amount is converted, and Beside shows you the rate it used. The euro amount charged varies with the exchange rate.
If a payment fails
Your plan is not cancelled the moment a card is declined. Beside gives the payment time to go through, and the month's credits are not lost: once the payment recovers, the allowance you were owed is granted then. You do not have to ask for it.

Your credit balance
Your balance is made of two pots, and they behave differently:
Cycle allowance comes with your plan and expires at renewal. It resets to your plan's amount on your renewal date, and unused credits do not carry over.
Purchased credits are the ones you top up yourself. They never expire.
Beside also translates your balance into something concrete next to it, for example ≈ 100 review replies, so you can tell what it is actually worth.
Used today shows what has been spent since this morning, and History lists every credit movement, including the monthly top-up from your plan.
Credits are spent when work is carried out, not when Beside thinks. Watching your business, working out what to propose, and putting a plan in front of you all cost you nothing. The charge happens at the moment approved work is actually sent.
What happens when you reach zero
✅ You will never get a surprise bill: Beside pauses new deliverables at zero. It never bills money for actions. The only way to spend more is to top up or change your work mode, and both are your decision.
Top up before your renewal
If you run low before your renewal date, select Top up on the Plan & Credits page. Credits cost $10 per 1,000 and never expire:

5,000 credits for $50
10,000 credits for $100

You get the same features either way. Part-time covers 8am to 6pm, seven days a week, which suits most businesses. Choose Full-time if people contact you late, or if you want Beside monitoring overnight and chasing follow-ups so the answer is waiting when they wake up.

If you already pay for a Beside phone plan under the same email address, subscribing to Beside Agentic does not add a second bill. Beside converts the subscription you already have onto your Agentic work mode, keeps your billing date, and works out the difference against what you have already paid for the month.
