Everything Beside does follows the same four beats:
It watches. Beside keeps checking the things you have connected: your calls and texts, your calendar, your customer records, your Google Business Profile, your website, your ads.
It decides. At regular intervals Beside reads everything that has happened since it last looked, and works out what is worth doing about it.
It proposes. What it decides shows up on your Beside Agent page, either as a plan waiting for you or as work already scheduled.
It does the work. Once something is approved and due, Beside carries it out and records what happened.
✅ Deciding and doing are separate on purpose: Beside thinking about your business costs you nothing and changes nothing. Work is only carried out once it has been approved, and that is the only point at which your credits are spent.
Beside works at two speeds
Some things cannot wait for the next round of thinking.
Straight away. A missed call or a new review is handled within seconds of it happening, without waiting for anything else.
On reflection. Everything else is considered on a cycle a few minutes apart. Beside reads the whole picture rather than reacting to one event, which is what lets it notice things like nine callers asking for the same service you do not list anywhere.
So if you have just missed a call, expect Beside to have moved on it almost immediately. If you are waiting on something that needs judgement, give it a few minutes.

Beside starts the moment your subscription goes through. It queues a first pass on your business, eight jobs it works through in order, and you can watch them land:

Each line opens to show what it produced once it lands, and what they produce goes into your Library and your scores. That is why your Library is already full the first time you open it.
The standing routines
After that first pass, Beside settles into a rhythm, so your business gets re-measured rather than assessed once and forgotten:
Your website is checked for gaps every week
Your ads are reviewed every three days
Your Demand and Convert scores are recalculated when something changes, again about a week after any completed work, and re-audited roughly every two weeks
Your photos and reviews are pulled onto your site daily
You get a report at the end of each day, and a Weekly Digest filed in your Library

How Beside reaches you
You do not have to sit in the app waiting. If you tell your agent you want updates by text, the approvals waiting on you, anything urgent, and your weekly digest come to your phone, and you can approve or turn something down just by replying.
Beside earns its way to more autonomy
You are not asked to decide up front how much freedom to give. Beside starts by asking, notices what you consistently approve, and suggests widening its autonomy where you have shown you are comfortable. You can say no, and you can narrow it again.

Usually it is waiting on you. Open Beside Agent and look at the top of Live: until you approve a plan, connect a tool, or let Beside use one, anything that depends on it sits still. Beside also stays quiet on purpose when there is genuinely nothing worth reporting.

Most of what Beside can do depends on what you have connected. Your Google Business Profile unlocks reviews and your listing, your calendar unlocks booking, and your customer records unlock follow-ups and lifecycle work. The more Beside can see, the more of the team is actually on shift.
