Your agent can only work on what it can see. Connectors, in the Workspace section of the left menu, is where you plug in the tools your business already runs on.
Each one you connect turns on a part of what Beside can do. That is the single biggest reason two businesses get very different amounts of work out of the same plan.
Connect a tool
Open Connectors and select the tool you want to add. Most connect through the provider's own sign-in screen - you approve the access there, and Beside never sees your password.
Each connector then shows its state: Connected, Not connected, Needs attention if the link has expired or broken, or Coming soon for the ones we are still building.
The list on that page is always the current one - it grows as we add providers, so it is worth a look rather than trusting a list written down somewhere.

Connecting is not the same as allowing
Connecting a tool lets your agent read it. Acting with it is a separate decision, and Beside asks for it separately.
You will see a request at the top of Live on your Beside Agent page, for example Beside wants to use Google Business on its own. Choose:
Allow, and your agent can act with that tool without asking again
Ask first, and it checks with you every time
The choice is made per tool, so you can let your agent run freely on some and keep a hand on others.
Connectors and your phone integrations are not the same thing
Beside has two ways of talking to your CRM, and they do different jobs:
Phone integrations push what happens on your line into your CRM - contacts synced, calls and summaries logged. 📖 CRM and app integrations
Connectors let your agent read from your CRM, so it knows about your jobs and quotes and can act on them.
Connecting the same system in both places is normal, and they do not conflict.

No, and your agent still works - it will build your website, study your market and read your public reviews from the start. But chasing quotes, timing follow-ups and asking for reviews all depend on seeing your jobs, so without a customer system connected your agent has much less to act on.

The link to that tool has expired or been revoked on the provider's side - a password change or a permission withdrawn is usually enough. Select Reconnect and sign in again. Until you do, anything that depends on that tool waits.
