When you sign up for Beside, you're assigned a Beside number. This is the number used for calls and texts within the app. If you've set up call forwarding from your carrier, callers still dial your existing number, but the call is handled by Beside behind the scenes.
Here's how to find your Beside number depending on which plan you're on. Steps apply to both iPhone and Android.
Starter plan
If you're on a 👤 Starter plan:
Open Beside → go to the Inbox tab.
At the top, tap Configure Number.
The number displayed there is your Beside number.
Business plan
If you're on a 👥 Business plan with multiple lines, check the number for each line individually:
Open Beside → go to the Inbox tab.
At the top, in the drop down menu → tap the line you want to check.
Tap Configure number.
The number displayed there is your Beside number for that line.
