You or Beside changed something on your Google Business Profile, and the old version still shows on Google. That is usually Google, not a mistake: Google publishes most edits at once, holds some for review first, and now and then keeps its own value instead of the one that was sent.
Beside cannot speed Google up, but it does tell you where each change stands, so you know whether to wait or to look.
Read the badge on the change
After each change it makes to your profile, Beside asks Google what became of it. The card for that change, in the Review list in Chat, carries a badge:

Complete | The change was made, but Beside has no answer from Google attached to it. Check your profile on Google to see it. |
On a card that fixes several details at once, the badge shows the least settled one, so it never claims more than Google shows. That card can also read Already on Google when nothing needed changing, or Not changed and Partly updated when all or part of the change did not go through.
What to do for each badge
Waiting on Google
Nothing to fix and nothing to resend. Beside checks with Google every hour and the badge changes on its own when Google decides. Google often takes a few days, sometimes longer.

Another edit to the same detail replaces this one, and the card then reads Changed again.
Beside keeps checking for 14 days. After that the badge keeps its last answer, so look at your profile on Google directly.
Check on Google
Open your profile on Google Maps or in your Google Business Profile account and compare it with the change. Google sometimes prefers information it has from elsewhere, such as an edit suggested by someone else. If Google's value is wrong, correct it there, or ask Beside in Chat to try again.
Checking Google
Beside tries again every 10 minutes. If it stays this way, your Google connection may need attention: open Settings → Connectors and reconnect Google Business Profile if it asks you to.
What Beside cannot see
Beside reads what Google says about each change it made. Some things sit outside that view:
A suspended profile. Beside does not see suspensions. Google may not publish any edit while a profile is suspended, and the appeal is made with Google, from your Google Business Profile account.
A profile that is not verified. Google can hold or refuse edits on a profile it has not verified. Verification is Google's process, so it is done on Google's side.
Edits made outside Beside. A change you, a teammate or an agency makes directly on Google has no badge in Beside.

Sign in to your Google Business Profile account and look for a notice about verification or suspension. That is a common reason every edit stays hidden.
