This option is available in the Beside mobile app on both iPhone and Android.

When to use Restore Purchases
Try this if:
You've paid for Beside but the app still asks you to subscribe
You reinstalled the app or switched to a new device
You made changes to your subscription outside the app (such as through iCloud Settings, a Google Play email, or an Apple billing email)
⚠️ Are you an invited team member?
If you were invited to a shared inbox by an organization owner, your access is covered by their subscription (Beside subscription or 👥 Business). You don't have your own purchase to restore. If you're seeing a paywall or a "you'll lose your number" warning, Restore Purchases won't fix it.
First, ask your org owner to confirm their subscription is active and that you're still listed as a member. If they confirm everything is fine on their end and you're still seeing the warning, contact Beside support and we'll look into it.
How to restore your purchases
In the Beside mobile app, go to Settings, then Manage Plan, then Restore Purchases.
Tapping this will prompt the app to check with your app store and apply your correct subscription status.
Common scenarios
You reinstalled the app or changed devices
Your subscription might not carry over right away. Tapping Restore Purchases will re-sync it with the app.
You accidentally created a second account
If you logged in with the wrong email or number, a new account may have been created. Your subscription stays linked to the original account. Restoring may help apply it in the current session.
⚠️ Important: Restore Purchases does not transfer your call history or data between accounts.
You updated your subscription outside the app
If you changed your plan, fixed a billing issue, or made any changes through iCloud, Google Play, or a billing email, Restore Purchases ensures those changes sync into the Beside mobile app.
