FAQ

Can I switch between light and dark mode in the app?

The Beside mobile app follows your phone's system appearance setting - there's no toggle inside the app.

To switch to light mode, change your device setting:

  • iPhone: Settings β†’ Display & Brightness β†’ Light

  • Android: Settings β†’ Display β†’ Light (or turn off Dark theme)

Reopen Beside and the appearance will update automatically.

Can I change my phone number in account settings?

Your Beside phone number is managed separately from your account settings.

Can I have multiple accounts with the same email?

No. Each email address can only be associated with one Beside account.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the Beside mobile app. This erases all your data and cannot be undone.
