You do not need an account to start. Type your business name, and Beside shows you what your customers see before it asks you for anything.
The whole thing takes about two minutes.
1. Find your business
Start typing your business name and pick yourself from the list. Beside matches you against your Google listing, so what comes back is your real business, with your real reviews.
If you would rather not search, select Enter your website instead.
2. Beside reads what your customers see
This part you just watch. It takes about a minute, and Beside shows you each thing as it looks at it:
Who you show up against, the businesses Google puts next to you in your category, and how close they are
Your Google listing, exactly as a customer sees it before they call you
What your customers are saying, your most recent public reviews
The photos on your listing, the first impression Google hands out
Your website, and how it looks on a phone, which is where most of your traffic actually lands
✅ Nothing is touched: Beside only reads what is already public about your business. Nothing is changed, nothing is posted, and you have not committed to anything at this point.
3. Unlock your audit
When the scan finishes, Beside tells you it is ready and asks for your email. Enter it and select Unlock my report.
Beside sends you a 6-digit code. Type it in and select Show me the report. There is no password to choose. If the code does not arrive, use Resend code, or Use another email to start again with a different address.
4. Choose a plan and pay
Your free audit shows you where you stand. The full audit goes further, and it is what puts Beside to work on your business.
Pick Part-time or Full-time, then pay by card. Your email is already filled in from the previous step, and you choose whether to be charged in US dollars or euros. If you pick euros, Beside shows you the rate it is using, and the amount charged varies with the exchange rate.
Select Pay and subscribe. You can cancel at any time.
Beside starts the moment you pay
The full audit begins as soon as the payment goes through. You land on Beside Agent, where Beside has queued its first pass on your business, eight jobs it works through in order:

Reading your public Google reviews
Sizing up local competitors
Mapping local search demand
Scoring your business health
Collecting your photos
Writing your growth plan
Building your website
A counter shows how many are done, and each line opens to show you what it produced once it lands. So you can watch your website get built rather than wonder whether anything is happening.
Answer what Beside needs from you
While the first pass runs, look at the top of Live, just below it. Beside will be waiting on two kinds of thing:
A connection. For example, Connect Google Business Profile so Beside can work with the reviews it has already read. Select Connect.
A permission. For example, Beside wants to use Beside Phone on its own. Choose Allow, or Ask first if you would rather be consulted each time.
