🔊 Can I listen to my call recordings?
Yes, you can replay any call recording directly inside Beside.
This allows you to review conversations whenever you need, without managing external audio files.
How to listen to a recording:
Open your Inbox
Tap the conversation
Find the Phone Call card in the thread
Tap the ▶️ Play icon at the bottom of the card to replay the call
Recordings remain available as long as the conversation exists.
❌ Why downloading isn’t supported
While downloading call audio might be convenient in some situations, to protect users and ensure global compliance, Beside keeps call audio accessible only inside the app.

If downloads become safely possible in the future, we’ll notify users.
✅ What you can do instead
Even though you can’t export raw audio, you can still export and share key information using call summaries.
Open the summary card for the call
Tap “Copy Link” or “Email” to share it
This is especially useful for follow-ups, collaboration, or record-keeping, without compromising privacy or compliance.
