You stay in control
Beside works for you, not instead of you. At first, most of what it does in your name waits for your OK: review replies, Google posts and profile changes, website publishing, ad changes and texts to new leads all start on Always ask.
Beside brings you the plan first. What needs your answer shows in Review, in the bar above the message box in Chat. You approve it, change it or turn it down.
You hand over more as you trust it. In Settings → Autonomy, you choose Always ask, Always allow or Deny for each area: customer messages, reviews and your Google profile, ads, and your website. Many owners let Beside answer reviews on its own first, and keep a hand on customer messages longer.
